Battery Ventures-backed VertiGIS to acquire 1Spatial for £87.1m.

Battery Ventures-backed VertiGIS, a provider of enterprise spatial asset management solutions, agreed to acquire 1Spatial, a software and solutions provider that focuses on managing, improving, and integrating spatial data, for £87.1m.
