BigBear.ai completed the acquisition of technology assets of CargoSeer.

BigBear.ai, a provider of mission-ready AI solutions and services for defense, national security, and critical infrastructure, completed the acquisition of technology assets of CargoSeer, a provider of unified AI decision support technology for customs and border operations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of certain technologies of CargoSeer aligns directly with BigBear.ai’s strategy to deliver trusted technologies to customs agencies ensuring more efficient and secure movement of transported goods.
