Main Post Partners completed the acquisition of HomeWell Care Services.

Main Post Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of HomeWell Care Services, a national franchise provider of in-home care for seniors and homebound individuals. Financial terms were not disclosed. "HomeWell Care Services is an exceptional brand with a compelling mission and a proven track record.
