Aurora Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Anova from FFL Partners.

Aurora Capital Partners, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Anova, a global provider of Industrial Internet of Things solutions for remote monitoring and management of industrial assets, from FFL Partners, a private equity firm.
