Shinagawa Refractories to acquire a 51% stake in Dynamix Casting Fluxes.

Shinagawa Refractories, a manufacturer and seller of refractories, agreed to acquire a 51% stake in Dynamix Casting Fluxes, a manufacturer and supplier of mold powders designed for continuous casting of steel. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction establishes a second US-based mold flux production facility to enhance domestic manufacturing capacity and strengthen supply chain resilience.
