The Home Depot-backed Construction Resources completed the acquisition of The Jarrell Company from Winston Water Cooler.

The Home Depot-backed Construction Resources, a multi-category design and building solutions company, completed the acquisition of The Jarrell Company, a luxury appliance, plumbing, and lighting distributor, from Winston Water Cooler, a wholesale supplier of plumbing supplies, repair parts, and electrical products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For more than 75 years, The Jarrell Company has served homebuilders, remodelers, designers, and premium consumers. Currently, The Jarrell Company serves the DFW Metroplex and Lubbock.
