Mentha Impact, an independent investment firm, completed the acquisition of CORROSION, an equipment servicing company that offers anti-fouling, corrosion, and maintenance solutions to a variety of applications, from Nordian, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Together with Nordian, we developed an ambitious strategy that resulted in growth of sustainable alternatives for protection against corrosion and marine fouling.
