Storr Group-backed SPS PoolCare completed the acquisition of Pool Troopers from Shoreline.

Storr Group-backed SPS PoolCare, a specialized pool service provider, completed the acquisition of Pool Troopers, a full-service pool cleaning and maintenance company, from Shoreline, a lower middle market private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "SPS PoolCare has a proven track record of successfully onboarding regional pool companies, and with our complementary geographic footprints, this partnership was a natural fit.
