Netmore Group completed the acquisition of Actility.

Netmore Group, a global provider of high-quality connectivity solutions for the Internet of Things, completed the acquisition of Actility, a provider of industrial-grade low-power wide-area network connectivity and IoT tracking solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. Benefiting from synergies across commercial markets, this transaction strengthens Netmore’s leadership in its primary vertical segments including utilities, buildings and smart cities, while expanding reach into the enterprise, industrial, asset tracking, and operator sectors.
