Love The Garden completed the acquisition of Agaris from Straco.

Love The Garden, a UK-based company specializing in gardening solutions, completed the acquisition of Agaris, a producer and supplier of substrates, soil covers and soil improvers, from Straco, an independent Belgian investment group.
