Synopsis
PAR Technology, a provider of foodservice and retail technology, agreed to acquire Bridg, an identity resolution and shopper intelligence platform from Cardlytics, a marketing and analytics company, for $27.5m. “Adding Bridg will propel us toward delivering the industry’s most complete and intelligent platform, built to unlock 1:1 customer connections at scale. The combined capabilities are intended to improve end-to-end customer visibility, identity-driven personalized activation, and deterministic attribution for retailers, restaurants, and CPG companies," Savneet Singh, PAR Technology CEO.
