Leidos to acquire ENTRUST from Kohlberg for $2.4bn.

Leidos, a systems integrator specializing in information technology, agreed to acquire ENTRUST, a consulting firm specializing in utility engineering, from Kohlberg, a private equity firm, for $2.4bn. “ENTRUST’s engineering capabilities and customer base perfectly complement ours, and it has a consistent track record of growth and strong profitability.
