Graham Corporation completed the acquisition of FlackTek for $35m.

Graham Corporation, a company which designs and builds vacuum and heat transfer equipment for process industries around the world, completed the acquisition of FlackTek, a pioneer in advanced mixing and material processing solutions, for $35m.
