Berkshire Partners-backed Specialized Elevator, a provider of a full range of elevator services, including service, repair, modernization, inspection, compliance testing, and building code upgrades, completed the merger wth Vintage Elevator Services, a company that offers installation, maintenance, repair, and modernization of both commercial and residential transportation systems.
