FIEE completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Naturmet for up to €40m.

FIEE, a fund manager that invests in sustainable energy‑transition assets, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Naturmet, a biomethane producer, for up to €40m. The investment will support Naturmet’s pipeline of renewable gas projects across Spain, including operational assets in Soria, construction-stage plants in Navarra and Extremadura, and further developments planned for 2026 and beyond.
