Neinor Homes, a Spanish residential property developer, agreed to acquire the remaining 20.8% stake in AEDAS Homes, a Spanish residential real estate developer, for €218.1m. “This milestone allows us to move forward on the transaction process and focus on managing Spain’s leading residential development platform, while continuing to pursue disciplined growth in line with our strategy," Jordi Argemí, Neinor Homes Deputy CEO and CFO.
