Seaport Capital-backed CyberlinkASP completed the acquisiton of Fresh Managed IT.

Seaport Capital-backed CyberlinkASP, an advanced solutions provider specializing in IT and cloud services, completed the acquisiton of Fresh Managed IT, a provder of outsourced IT services to small and mid-size businesses, including network and device management, cloud-based hosting, cybersecurity, and VoIP phone systems. FInancial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to partner with Fresh IT and strengthen Cyberlink’s MSP business.
