EMERAM, an investment firm, agreed to acquire Hochfrequenz Unternehmensberatung, a company that supports energy supply companies with strategic, technological, and operational issues. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Hochfrequenz possesses in-depth domain knowledge and thus offers an excellent foundation for unlocking the potential of digital transformation, automation, and artificial intelligence.
