Superior Energy Services completed the acquisition of Abaco Energy Technologies.

Superior Energy Services, a provider of oilfield rentals and specialized well services, completed the acquisition of Abaco Energy Technologies, a company specializing in proprietary power section technologies for downhole drilling. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Integrating Abaco’s best-in-class manufacturing capabilities and innovative elastomer technologies strengthens our Wellbore Technologies platform and further enhances the value we bring to our global customer base," Dave Lesar, Superior Energy Services CEO.
