Coesia, a group of innovation-based industrial and packaging solutions companies operating globally, completed the acquisition of Rotzinger, a company which specialises in product‑flow regulation and synchronization between production and packaging, and Transver, a manufacturer of hygienic conveyor systems for the food and confectionery industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. This transaction marks an important milestone for Coesia which is a leader in advanced automatic machinery, industrial process solutions, and highly performance transmissions as it expands through the acquired businesses its capacities and positioning in the Food & Confectionery market.
