Adelis-backed EITCO completed the merger with edoc solutions.

Adelis-backed EITCO, a product-independent digitalization company specialising in administrative digitization for medium-sized enterprises across Germany, completed the merger with edoc solutions, a company specialising in software solutions and services for the management of company-wide information. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger will enable the combined company to advise over 800 clients with 370 employees on the digitalization of their business processes using its combined product portfolio.
