Ares Management and DaVita to invest in Elara Caring.

Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager, and DaVita, a healthcare provider specializing in kidney care services, agreed to invest in Elara Caring, a provider of personalized in-home care services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This collaboration reflects a shared belief that care should be timelier, more personalized, and meet patients where they are most comfortable—at home.
