Construction Partners completed the acquisition of GMJ Paving Company.

Construction Partners, a company which provides construction materials and services for the building and maintenance of infrastructure such as roads, highways, bridges and airports, completed the acquisition of GMJ Paving Company, an asphalt paving contractor for public infrastructure projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. GMJ's hot-mix asphalt plant located in Baytown, east of Houston, represents CPI's twelfth plant in the Houston metro area, complementing CPI's existing geographic footprint and providing additional throughput opportunity at CPI's nearby liquid asphalt terminal.
