Canyon Partners and MG Properties completed the acquisition of Shift Apartments.

Canyon Partners, a $24bn global alternative investment manager, and MG Properties, a private San Diego-based real estate investor, owner, and operator, completed the acquisition of Shift Apartments, a multifamily building in the Downtown submarket of San Diego, CA. Financial terms were not disclosed. "East Village is undergoing a meaningful transformation, supported by strong demographic trends, infrastructure investment, and proximity to San Diego's major employment centers.
