Patria Investments to acquire WP Global Partners.

Patria Investments, an alternative asset management company in Latin America, agreed to acquire WP Global Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition strengthens Patria’s local presence and investment capacity in North America and supports increasing global investor demand for middle-market private equity exposure.
