FirmaPak completed the acquisition of Easy Plastic Containers.

FirmaPak, a manufacturer of blow molded packaging solutions, completed the acquisition of Easy Plastic Containers, a Canadian blow molder of plastic bottles. Financial terms were not disclosed. “FirmaPak continues to grow both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Adding Easy Plastics to the FirmaPak family enhances our ability to serve customers through additional locations and expanded packaging offerings.
