Monogram Capital-backed Precision Door Tri-State completed the acquisition of Foris Solutions.

Monogram Capital Partners-backed Precision Door Tri-State, a company which specializes in designing, delivering, servicing, and installing garage doors, completed the acquisition of Foris Solutions, an investment firm.
