Ultra Capital and S2G Investments completed a $27 investment in Mitra EV.

Ultra Capital, a fund management firm, and S2G Investments, a multi-stage investment firm, completed a $27 investment in Mitra EV, a commercial fleet electrification platform. Mitra will use the financing to expand its shared charging network, deploy additional fleet solutions, and scale its capital-efficient electrification model into new markets.
