ASSA ABLOY completed the acquisition of NSP Security.

ASSA ABLOY, a firm that develops, designs, and manufactures a complete range of door opening solutions, completed the acquisition of NSP Security, a company providing design, manufacturing and installation of access control solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
