Michelin to acquire Flexitallic.

Michelin, a provider of a wide range of tires, agreed to acquire Flexitallic, a manufacturer of industrial static sealing products. Financial terms were not disclosed. This acquisition would significantly broaden Michelin’s sealing portfolio and market reach, notably by increasing access to the aftermarket. Flexitallic employs approximately 1,200k and achieved sales of ~$220m in 2025.
