Smith Point Capital, a venture capital and growth equity firm, led a $40m Series B round in Gather AI, a provider of Physical AI for logistics, with participation from Bain Capital Ventures, Tribeca Venture Partners, Bling Capital, Dundee Venture Capital, XRC Ventures, and The Hillman Company. “Gather AI is redefining how the physical world gets measured, understood, and operated.
