Synteq Digital, a provider of infrastructure, hardware, services, and solutions for the global data center sector, completed the acquisition of operational and strategic data center assets of HMTech, a provider of specialized repair and maintenance services for digital compute hardware. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition is at a strategic moment for Synteq.
