PSS Industrial Group and Cross Country Infrastructure Services formed PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions.

PSS Industrial Group, a service provider and distributor offering solutions for the construction and maintenance of critical infrastructure, and Cross Country Infrastructure Services, a specialized equipment rental and supply company, formed PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions, a national integrated provider of equipment, supplies, and technical services for North America's critical infrastructure markets.
