ZCG-backed Unimed completed the acquisition of Regenboog Shipping Pharmacy.

ZCG-backed Unimed, a global provider of medical and compliance solutions to the maritime industry, completed the acquisition of Regenboog Shipping Pharmacy, a Netherlands-based distributor of pharmaceutical products and medical devices serving the maritime sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents an important step in our growth strategy, strengthens Unimed’s presence in the Netherlands and builds on the Company’s recent acquisition of Lagaay Medical Group, further expanding Unimed’s scale and capabilities in a core European market.
