Align Capital-backed MKB Company, an environmental control platform, completed the acquisition of US Silt & Site Supply, a manufacturer and distributor of erosion and sediment control products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands MKB’s geographic footprint in the Northeast and strengthens its ability to serve customers with high-quality, locally supported erosion control solutions.
