Stellex-backed W&B Service Company completed the acquisition of Sanders Trailer Service.

Stellex-backed W&B Service Company, a provider of transportation equipment, refrigeration and service solutions, completed the acquisition of Sanders Trailer Service, an established full-service semi-trailer dealership and service provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sanders Trailer Service is a strong cultural and operational fit for W&B.
