Rezolve Ai completed the acquisition of Reward for $230m.

Rezolve Ai, global provider of AI-driven commerce and payments infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Reward, a global customer engagement and commerce media company, for $230m. "Reward is on a mission to make everyday spending more rewarding, returning more than $2.5bn to customers to date, we've donated circa $20m to charitable causes, and rewarded staff, past and present, with more than $30m as shareholders.
