Optima Health to acquire PAM Healthcare for £100m.

Optima Health, a provider of technology enabled corporate health and wellbeing solutions, agreed to acquire PAM Healthcare, an occupational health and wellness service provider, for £100m. The acquisition cements Optima's position as the leading provider of occupational health and wellbeing services in the UK and builds upon Optima's existing presence in Ireland.
