Hims & Hers to acquire Eucalyptus for $1.15bn.

Hims & Hers, a health and wellness platform, agreed to acquire Eucalyptus, a global telehealth provider specializing in digital healthcare solutions, for $1.15bn. “Healthcare challenges are global, and so is the demand for simpler, transparent, and more personalized healthcare.
