Sun Communities, the manufactured housing ("MH") and park model recreational vehicle ("RV") industry, has completed its acquisition of Carefree Communities, a leading owner and operator of senior manufactured housing communities and destination RV resorts, from Centerbridge Capital Partners, an investment company.
