ICG and SRS completed the acquisition of DomusVi from PAI Partners.

Intermediate Capital Group and Sagesse Retraite Santé completed the acquisition of DomusVi, a private operator of nursing homes, from PAI Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed. ”ICG has been a long term partner of DomusVi and is delighted to keep on accompanying the Group’s founder Yves Journel and the management team lead by Aymar Hénin going forward.
