Sojitz and Green Tec to acquire Stratosphere Quality has been acquired by Sojitz and Green Tec.

Green Tec, the largest automotive quality assurance provider in Japan, and Sojitz, engaged in a wide range of businesses globally, including buying, importing goods, manufacturing and selling products, providing services, and planning and coordinating projects company, have acquired Stratosphere Quality. Sojitz has acquired 65% and Green Tec 35% of the company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This is an exciting day for Stratosphere Quality.
