Apollo Global Management and Värde Partners completed the acquisition of a 40.5% stake in OneMain Holdings from Fortress Investment Group for $1.5bn.

Apollo Global Management, a global alternative investment manager, and Värde Partners, a global alternative investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 40.5% stake in OneMain Holdings, a financial services holding company, from Fortress Investment Group, an investment management firm, for $1.5bn. “We are tremendously excited for our managed funds, together with Värde, to acquire a significant position in OneMai.
