Lone Star Funds completed the acquisition of 80% interest in CaixaBank real estate business.

Lone Star Fund through Lone Star Real Estate Fund acquired 80% of CaixaBank real estate business for €3.97bn. Caixa bank portfolio of real estate owned assets consists of BuildingCenter of Spain, and of ServiHabitat Servicios Inmobiliarios of Spain. The CaixaBank Assets provide real estate management services for the Pacific Portfolio as well as other real estate properties, owned by CaixaBank or other companies.
