Cromwell Property Group made a takeover approach to RDI REIT, an established UK REIT invested in a diversified portfolio in the United Kingdom and Germany. The offer was rejected an withdrawn on April 23, 2019. The transaction would be consistent with Cromwell’s strategy to work with its capital partners to grow funds under management and continue to expand its investment footprint in the UK and Europe.
