Canaccord Genuity Group completed the acquisition of Patersons Securities for $17m.

Canaccord Genuity Group, an investment banking and financial services company, completed the acquisition of Patersons Securities, a financial services firm, for $17m. "The completion of the Patersons transaction marks the beginning of a new chapter for our Australian business, as we systematically expand our presence with a leading wealth management business in Australia.
