A consortium of funds managed by affiliates of Ares Management, Leonard Green & Partners, and other co-investors completed the acquisition of Press Ganey, a provider of safety, quality, patient experience and workforce engagement solutions for healthcare organizations in the US, from a private equity firm EQT Partners for $4bn.
