Sigma completed the acquisition of Thompsons.

Sigma GRP, a portfolio company of Three Hills Capital Partners, a leading investment firm, completed the acquisition of Thompsons Contracts Blackpool, a specialist shopfitter, refurbishment and building contractor operating projects across a range of end markets.
