CWS to acquire Vendor from Egeria.

CWS, a complete system provider in the solution areas of hygiene, floor care, workwear, fire safety, cleanrooms and healthcare, agreed to acquire Vendor, a supplier of hygiene solutions, from Egeria. Financial terms were not disclosed. "As an innovative and sustainable hygiene company, Vendor is an ideal complement in the strategically important Benelux market.
