TEG, Asia Pacific's leading ticketing, live entertainment and data analytics business, acquired UK-based The MJR Group, the international event promoter and venue operator. The MJR Group promotes and operates more than 2k shows a year and has toured acts including 50 Cent, Sia, Hans Zimmer and Culture Club. Financial terms were not disclosed. TEG CEO Geoff Jones said the acquisition of The MJR Group provides TEG with a strong presence in the vibrant UK and European markets and demonstrates its commitment to expanding its integrated model internationally.
